Frequently Asked Questions

How do we book?

You can contact me through the booking form on this website, via email, or by sending a message on social media with your date, venue, and preferred package. I will then confirm if your date is available in my diary and if so, send you my enquiry pack (which includes full package details and pricing), along with my song list. If you would like to chat on the phone or arrange a video call at this stage, to help you make your decision, I am very happy to do so, as I truly wish for you to choose the right vocalist for your special day.

Once you confirm that you wish to go ahead, I will send you your booking document. This includes a performance contract and payment information. I require a 20% deposit to secure your date, with the final balance due 4 weeks before the big day.

Once your contract is signed and returned, and your deposit is paid, you're all booked!

What happens next? And how to contact me throughout the planning process...

I will stay in touch throughout the months leading up to your event. If you have any questions, I'm contactable via phone, email or social media.

If I'm singing at your wedding, I will liaise with your venue and/or your wedding planner.

About two months before your wedding, I like to arrange a wedding consultation video chat. (a complimentary service when you book with me) where we discuss all the details, the order of your day, and finalise your song choices.  It's my pleasure to help you with making your song choices and to answer any questions you may have along the way!

Or for a small additional fee (mainly to cover travel), we can meet in person to finalise all plans for your wedding.

Do you travel for Weddings and Events?

Yes, I am based in West Sussex, but have sung at weddings and events all over the UK, and welcome destination wedding enquiries. I do ask for a petrol contribution if your venue is over 50 miles away from my home address, at the standard rate of 45p per mile. I may include a train/tube ticket and any other relevant travel expenses in your quote. If overnight accommodation is needed for me to get to your venues, this will also be added to your quote.

Do we need to provide equipment?

Not at all. I provide all equipment which is PAT tested for the safety of you and your guests.

What happens on the day?

I always arrive approximately 1-2 hours before my performance time so I can set up and complete a sound check. Sound checks will always be done away from the guests as much as possible. I then ensure everything is ready to go ahead and begin my set! I need approximately 20-30 minutes to pack up after my performance. I'll make sure to catch you to thank you and say goodbye before I go!

Do you have Insurance?

Yes, I'm a member of the musicians' union and hold Public Liability Insurance worth up to £10 million. I also have all my equipment insured. I will always supply a copy of my insurance documents and PAT test certificates to your venue and can provide an equipment risk assessment if needed.

Our special song isn't on your set list, are you able to learn it?

Of course! I'm always able to learn a few songs that are not on my song list to bring the personal songs to your wedding day. We can also discuss a bespoke backing track if needed, whereby a song can be slowed down or turned into an acoustic version to fit the vibe of your day.

“Firstly, Eleanor has the most beautiful voice. I could listen to her sing all day. However, she is also a lovely person who went above and beyond for us. She was great with communication, and even contacted the venue for us, which made planning so much easier. We requested a song she had never heard before, and she learnt and performed it beautifully. Thank you so much, you created such a beautiful atmosphere and were an asset to our wedding day."
